Tuna milt(lattume)

A real delicacy and a delight for the palate, it is made from the sac of seminal fluid of the male tunny fish. It is a typical local product, much sought after and used in ‘haute cuisine’. It is eaten fried in abundant oil or bread-crumbed and baked in the oven. It is flesh-like pink in colour, has a soft texture and unforgettable delicate flavour.
